Who is Flame?

Welcome to NZ's premiere SPECTACLE THEATRE company - FLAME.

Based in scenic Queenstown, New Zealand, FLAME is renowned for its awe inspiring shows that incorporate the raw power of fire, dynamics of pyrotechnics and emotion of dance and theatre.

Flame has produced shows since 1998 for corporate functions, events, private parties and festivals such as AK05, and the 03, 04, 05, 06 Queenstown Winter Festival.

Winter 06 Flame produced an out-of-this-world PyroDance show called 'Evolution' for the opening of the 06 Queenstown Winter Festival which thrilled the 10 000 strong crowd. They then travelled to Invercargill to work with the local community to produce Fire and Ice for the region's Winter Festival. Next year Flame has been approached to open Auckland's new Olympic Park and tour shows to Napier's Fire Solstice Festival and Wanganui's Winter Festival.
