What We Do
| FLAME FIRE DANCE
Flame's speciality is fire performance.
We blend the full sensory seduction of fire, with our form of circo-arts dance, hot costume, driving music, blazing toys and performance passion to create slick, punchy shows.
Flame's performers are dancers and our focus is on creating a high-energy, tightly choreographed visual spectacle to suit your event. Flame's shows are performed to upbeat music by as many as eight fire dancers depending on your budget. Choreographed shows are between five and ten minutes long and incorporate an array of speciality crafted fire toys including triple poi, double staffs, fire wings, fire fans, fire fingers, fire whip and fire hula hoops. We also have an improvised Fire dance option we call, Flame Fire Jam, with the same toys and energy only less choreographed and for a longer duration, more suitable to some events.
Our insurance allows us to perform in most indoor and outdoor venues.

| ROVING CHARACTERSFlame roving characters create a fun, energetic and friendly atmosphere. Great entertainment for adults and kids alike, they help break down barriers, get people into the swing of things.
Our walk-about characters include two Mardigras Showgirls complete with feather headdresses and sequin tops. They love to dance and entertain.
Queen Beetroot with her court Juggling Jester. loves a bit of juicy gossip and entertains her 'subjects' (your guests) by commanding her hapless jester to juggle. They both generally joke around with the crowd and loosen everyone up. Other stilt characters include Francesca - a Spanish dancer who loves to Tango and is perfect for a Carnivale evening. Miss Green who is a friendly character dressed in a huge green Victorian style dress with a massive hoop skirt. Old Man Autumn spouts wisdom and is always conscious of the time. The Sun Man is a bright yellow character with golden wings, also great for a Carnivale theme. Cyber Cindy glows under UV and is a giant wind up doll. Our Wintery Royals include a grand Ice King with his charming consort the Ice Queen and their Snowflake Jester. All dressed in layers of silver and white with elaborate headdress they are the perfect welcoming party to a Winter Wonderland.
Our stilt characters have been used to meet & greet, mix & mingle, lead guests to various locations, entertain crowds during parades, generally add an extra dimension during events and in conjunction with our circo-arts dance shows. |
| UV CIRCO-ARTS DANCEFlames UV Circo-Arts dance shows are a visual feast that combine dance, elaborate costuming, an array of glowing dance toys with high energy music and tons of fun. The UV toys and head to toe costume glow brilliantly under UV lights to create a surreal experience for the audience.
Presently we have a highly entertaining UV show performed to the 80's classic "You Spin Me Right Round Baby". It is a super fun, unique routine that includes fresh dance moves and costume inspired by the era.
This delightful performance medium is guaranteed to impress an audience when fire is not an option.
Other Circo-Arts dance routines, that are non-flammable or glow UV, are able to be produced. Clients may request an original routine for a specifically themed event that, for example, has a particular message, atmosphere and colour or even venue restrictions that they'd like to comply with.

| FIRE SIGNSVisually the fire sign is a high impact way to literally see your company logo up in flames, to accentuate a theme and create an exclusive spectacle at your event As the grande finale to a great evening or following a dynamic Flame fire show an original fire sign is an awesome way to finish the night on a high, and an affordable alternative to fire works.

Welcome to the next level of fire performance – PyroDance. |
| LORD OF THE RINGS
Themed corporate dinner night Other meet and greet Lord of the Rings characters include friendly jovial hobbits and a grand Gandalf.
This is an idea of how the night could run. Aragorn who is dressed in a dark cloak with only his face showing meets the group outside the hotel, or marquee.
"Welcome to Middle Earth. I am Strider and I'm glad I've found you - it's not safe for you to be here. Our scouts have reported Orcs in the west coming this way. Quickly now, follow me and I'll take you to an elven safe haven." They follow Aragorn into the themed room or outside for pre-dinner drinks where they're met by Galadrial who is lit from beneath so she glows white. "Welcome, you are safe now. Relax, let your cares dissolve, for in Lothlorien our magic is strong. Everything in the outside world can't touch us here, so drink and enjoy." She then begins to sing a haunting, beautiful song to everyone followed by an entrancing flag dance with three other beautiful and serene elves. After dinner Orcs burst into the room disturbing the flow and cause mayhem. They disappear outside and Aragorn bursts into the room. "Orcs, outside. We've held them off for now, but we need to use fire to scare them back to where they've come from. Come follow me." He leads them outside and a fire show begins to live drumming and 'Lord of the Rings' music. It's very dramatic and concludes with the defeat of the orcs by Aragorn. He calls to Galadrial who returns, sings a song of farewell and then departs with Aragorn wrapping up the night. This entertainment can run in tandem with a band etc. |
| FIRE AND ICEFire and Ice is a favourite theme and we have the perfect entertainment. Fiesty fire dancers for fire, led by the Fire King himself who wields fire swords and wears a flaming crown. Performing either a choreographed routine or improvised fire dance. Ice is embodied by a serene Ice Queen and her maidens in glowing white, these characters perform a chilling seductive dance with white UV flags to create a frozen realm. The Ice Maidens are also available as freeze-frame characters that subtly interact with crowds, as they walk past, with slow gesture and eye contact while striking various poses, as if frozen, upon plinths lit by UV lights.
Our ice stilt characters are the Wintery Royals, with the grand Ice King, his charming consort the Ice Queen and their jovial Snowflake Jester. All dressed to impress in elaborate silver/white costume and headpieces. Superb way to meet and greet, to invite guests into a themed wintery realm. |
